Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of the members of Southeastern Indiana REMC will be held virtually on the cooperative’s Facebook page at facebook.com/SEIREMC on Thursday, Oct. 1, at 6 p.m. (EDT).

This meeting will be held for the express purpose of:  

• Presentation of officers, manager and committee reports
• Election of three directors
• Any other business which may properly come before the meeting
• Door prizes

All members will receive a 2020 director election packet in the mail. Please complete the ballot online or by mail. All ballots must be received by Sept. 29.

All votes received by the voting deadline will count toward a quorum for the meeting. Every voting member will be entered in the prize drawing.
