Notice is hereby given that an online/virtual annual meeting of Daviess-Martin County REMC will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2024. This meeting will not be open for the membership to attend in person. Instead, the meeting will be posted for the membership to view. The meeting will be held at the Daviess-Martin County REMC headquarters office building, Loogootee, Indiana, at 6:30 p.m. to take action on the following items:

• The election results from mail-in or online voting of three (3) directors for the Cooperative to serve a term of three (3) years as follows:

• District 2: Daviess County — Van Buren and Barr townships
  Amy Burris

• District 5: Martin County — Perry and Center townships
  Travis Summers

• District 7: Lawrence County — Marion and Spice Valley townships
  John Edwards

• Passing upon reports for the previous calendar year

• Transacting such other business as may come before the meeting Since the cooperative membership is joint, either husband or wife may vote.
