All REMC members who register and attend the Annual Meeting can vote for directors to serve the districts that are up for election in that calendar year. The information below details when deadlines occur in the election process. Incumbent directors whose terms expire in 2024 are:

District 3 — Danny Easterday (Does not intend to seek re-election)

District 6 — Brian Hawkins

• Brian Hawkins is the only incumbent director seeking re-election. His biography is published on the facing page.

• Petitions of nominations were due by April 23, which is after the printing deadline for this publication. If any petitions are received, the full slate of candidates will be posted in the REMC office and mailed by May 28, 2024.

• The director election will be held at the annual meeting on June 7.
