Members from “back in the day” attend an REC annual meeting.

The Southern Indiana Power 2018 annual meeting is scheduled for April 17. Southern Indiana Power members residing in districts five and six who are interested in running for a position on the board should contact our office at 1776 10th St. in Tell City to receive a petition.

The nomination process requires the
director candidate to live in the district and to submit a petition with the signatures of at least 30 members who reside in his or her district. Incumbent directors will need to submit a letter of interest.

Interested persons should stop by the office or call the office at 812-547-2316 or 800-323-2316 to request a petition. Signed petitions must be returned to Southern Indiana Power by 4 p.m., March 2, in order to be eligibile for election at the 2018 annual meeting.
