Todd Hammond was hired Nov. 12, 2002 as the cooperative’s system engineer, the position he still holds today. His duties at the co-op include maintaining the Windmil analytical database and maintaining the outage system, mapping, and substation data among others. He has also been instrumental in implementing the advanced metering infrastructure system.

Hammond graduated from the HEATS non-indentured course in October 2008.

When he isn’t working, Hammond enjoys boating, deer hunting, traveling, and spending time with his family.
