3 heaping cups frozen
   pineapple chunks

1 (15 oz.) can full fat
   coconut milk

1 T. maple syrup

Blend all ingredients together. Taste and adjust the sweetness as desired. Pour into glasses and garnish with drink umbrellas. Yield: 4 small servings.
