Steuben County REMC occasionally needs to get in touch with our members to notify of planned power outages, issues with payment, scheduling broadband internet installations and for many other reasons. We encourage you to update your account information on our February bill or by calling the office at 260-665-3563. Make sure to remove any unnecessary contacts to your account, as they have access to your account’s sensitive information and are able to get information and make changes to your account.
