1 (3-ounce) box of Jell-O, in your preferred flavor

4 cups water

⅓ cup sugar (optional)

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. In a medium bowl, mix sugar and Jell-O powder and then carefully stir the boiling water into the mixture, stirring constantly until dissolved (about 2 minutes). Stir in 2 cups of cold water and then pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze until completely frozen.
