Bacon Cheese Appetizer Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 1 (8-oz.) package shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1-1½ cups mayonnaise
  • 1 package cocktail rye bread

Directions

Mix crumbled bacon, cheese and mayonnaise together. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon 1 T. of mix on each slice of rye bread and place on baking sheet. Bake at 375 F until cheese starts browning. Serve immediately.
