MELINDA OVERMYER
Melinda (Mindy) Overmyer is a lifetime Marshall County resident. Overmyer graduated from Plymouth High School in 1997. She earned her associate degree in business administration at Ancilla College and her bachelor’s degree at Indiana University South Bend.
She and her husband, Kirt, have been married for 13 years and have one daughter, Paige, who attends St. Michael Catholic School. They are members of St. Michael Parish in Plymouth.
Overmyer has worked in the banking industry since 1999. She joined 1st Source Bank in 2011 as the Argos Banking Center manager before being promoted to manager of the Plymouth branch in 2013. In 2018, she was promoted to Vice President, Regional Sales Manager, overseeing nine retail branches.
She serves on the board for Junior Achievement of Marshall County, the Plymouth Kiwanis Club, and Plymouth Industrial Development Corp.
JOHN BENEDICT
John Benedict is a lifetime Culver resident and lives on the same farm that has been in his family for 125 years. He has three children who live with their families in New York and Colorado.
Benedict served on the Culver School Board, the Township Advisory Board, and the Marshall County Council.
He earned his degree in economics and government from the College of William and Mary. Benedict retired from Plymouth High School as an economics and government teacher.
Benedict enjoys retirement by working on his farmstead, fishing, traveling to see his grandchildren, and visiting the Gulf in the winter.
ROBIN ROBERTS
Robin Roberts and his wife of 39 years, Kathy, have two children — Mark and wife Sarah Roberts and Lynda and husband Trent Nicholson. For the past 30 years, Roberts has operated a 1,100-acre farm in Center Township with over 600 acres under center pivot irrigation. He is a board and leadership member at Plymouth Missionary Church.
Roberts earned his bachelor’s degree in science and mechanical engineering from Purdue University in 1988. He worked as a machine designer and manufacturing engineer for Flexaust of Warsaw and Toro Wheel Horse of South Bend. Roberts obtained the NRECA credentialed cooperative director status in January 2023 and has served the past three years as a Marshall County REMC director. Roberts is a lifetime Marshall County resident.
TODD LAUDEMAN
Todd Laudeman and his wife, Cassie, have been married for 21 years. They have a son, Chase, who is currently a student at Purdue University, and a daughter, Bailey, a senior at Bremen High School. He is a lifelong resident of Marshall County and has spent most of that time in Bremen.
Laudeman has worked at UPS in Bourbon for 25 years as a preloader. He also owns and operates their family farm, with 100 cow calf pairs, row crops and raises hay.
Laudeman and his family enjoy showing cattle throughout the summer in many different states and meeting new people along the way. Laudeman serves on the Marshall County Fair board and enjoys helping with local youth livestock judging teams.
