Tips and Tricks: Cake Flour Substitute

flourHave you ever been ready to make a new recipe that sounds wonderful? You get to the part that says “cake flour” and your stomach sinks because you don’t have cake flour! Never buy cake flour again! For 1 cup flour, replace 2 T. of the flour with 2 T. cornstarch. (Remove 2 T. flour from the cup and add 2 T. constarch.) Sift together.
