- Todd Smith presented the IEC report.
- Deweese presented monthly legal report.
- Rob Schwartz presented monthly CEO report.
- Minutes from previous board meeting were approved.
- Financial reports reviewed and approved.
- January monthly operating, member services, human resources, and safety reports were reviewed and approved.
- Set next board meeting for Monday, March 25, at 6 p.m. at the REMC headquarters.
