Decadent Peanut Butter Pie
1 pre-made chocolate cookie pie crust
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup whipped topping, thawed
Chocolate curls and crushed peanuts to garnish (optional)
Blend confectioners’ sugar and cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Add peanut butter and stir in until completely mixed. Slowly mix in heavy cream. Fold in whipped cream, reserving a small amount for garnish. Pour into the pie shell and chill until set, about 4 hours or longer. Mound extra whipped cream on top, along with chocolate curls and crushed peanuts if desired. Chill until ready to serve. Store in the refrigerator.
