Be sure to look for it on the back cover of the September issue of the Indiana Connection. You must bring the card to the event on Sept. 26 at the Porter County Fairgrounds to be entered into the prize drawing.

Notice of the 2024 Member Appreciation Day/Annual Business Meeting of the member-consumers of the Kankakee Valley REMC

Be advised as a member-consumer of the Kankakee Valley REMC, you are hereby notified that the 2024 Member Appreciation Day/Annual Business Meeting of the organization is now scheduled for the 26th of September at the Porter County Fairgrounds, 215 E. Division Road, Valparaiso, IN 46383. Doors will open at 4:30 p.m. CDT, with the business meeting taking place at 7 p.m. CDT.

The purpose of the business meeting shall be action on the minutes of the 2023 Annual Meeting as prepared, presentation of audits and reports for the previous fiscal year, election of directors and transacting such other business as may come before the member-consumers. In accordance with the bylaws, this notice is being sent to you not less than ten (10) days or more than sixty (60) days prior to the meeting. IC 8-1 13-8.
