Marshall County REMC has recently received numerous member inquiries regarding delayed payments and mailing issues. Some members report not receiving their paper bills, while others express concerns about checks mailed weeks ago that remain unprocessed. Additionally, some members have received notices about payments not yet posted to their accounts.

These delays, caused by postal service disruptions, are beyond our control and have created challenges for our members and the cooperative. We strongly recommend transitioning to SmartHub, our secure and convenient online payment platform, to avoid these issues. SmartHub allows members to check account balances and make payments anytime through the mobile app or website.

Additional payment options

  • Use our automated payment system by calling 574-936-3161 (Option 2).
  • Pay via the SmartHub app or web portal at marshallremc.com.
  • Visit our office to pay in person or use the drop box.
  • Make a one-time payment at marshallremc.smarthub.coop/ui/#/paynow.
  • Enroll in AutoPay with SmartHub to automatically deduct your bill payments.

For further details about payment options, visit the Payment Center on our website at marshallremc.com/payment-center.

We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience caused by these delays. Thank you for your cooperation.
