I would like to personally invite you to the Boone REMC 2021 Annual Meeting! We look forward to sharing our 85th diamond anniversary with you. We are working hard to put our community first during this unprecedented time.

Connect with your board of directors and Boone REMC employees from a distance with our first drive-through meeting. The Boone County 4-H Fairgrounds will be the site of this very special event. As you drive through the Boone REMC Hall and Circle, you will have an opportunity to meet your board of directors and employees, pick up fun giveaways, receive bill credits, and get a $20 gift certificate for Titus donuts. 

Scholarships are available

Don’t forget – if you have a child who will be enrolled full-time in college for the 2021-22 school year, we have scholarship drawings at the annual meeting. The application is easy to complete. Download it directly from our website, and email it to kshields@bremc.com. This year, we are awarding 15 $500 scholarships. We will do a live drawing on Facebook, so everyone can tune in virtually. 

Vote for directors

Because we are a democratically controlled organization, an election is held each year to select members to serve on the board of directors. At the 2021 annual meeting, you’ll have the opportunity to elect directors to represent districts 4, 5, and 6. 

I look forward to seeing you on April 17 at the Boone County 4-H Fairgrounds! Don’t forget to bring your official registration card. The registration card with your personal barcode should be arriving soon in the mail.  However, if you can’t attend the event, drop your registration card and voting ballot in the mail to claim your $20 bill credit.
