We are introducing a new era of convenience and accessibility with our updated voting process. While you can still vote in person at our Annual Meeting, no more paper ballots will be mailed to your doorstep. Instead, we are embracing digital voting through our user-friendly SmartHub app.

This means you can cast your vote electronically, right from the palm of your hand. Whether you join us at the Annual Meeting or prefer to participate remotely, our SmartHub app ensures your voice is heard. More information on how to download and sign up on our SmartHub app will be on our website, Facebook, and in the June issue of Jackson County REMC’s Indiana Connection magazine.

By leveraging technology, we’re simplifying the voting experience and reducing paper waste. Plus, it’s secure and easy to use.

Your involvement is crucial to us. Let’s shape the future of Jackson County REMC together. Join us in embracing digital voting through the SmartHub app and make your mark on our cooperative’s direction!

WHY SHOULD I VOTE?

Members will vote to select a representative for their district who was selected by their district’s nominating committee. This elected member will play a crucial role in ensuring that the cooperative continues to serve the needs of its community effectively.

Nominating committees were appointed at the March 15 meeting of the board of directors. The following members were responsible for selecting slates of director candidates for their district for the 2024 election of directors.

DISTRICT 2

Jay Fox, Mark Miller, Brandon O’Brien

DISTRICT 5

Daniel Robbins, Shannon Allen, Rodney Craig

DISTRICT 8

Casey Ritz, Steven McCory, Jason Fee
