The annual meeting of Bartholomew County REMC was held on April 16 at Columbus North High School Auditorium, Columbus. Approximately 450 members attended the meeting. BCREMC is happy to report that 1,304 members voted prior to the meeting with the alternative voting packet mailed to members. An additional 175 members voted at the meeting.

A presentation was delivered by BCREMC CEO Jim Turner and Board President Curt Burbrink emphasizing the theme “Local then. Local now.” At the end of the evening, the results of the election were announced and door prizes were drawn. Mickel Flickinger was the winner of the $300 grand prize.
