Warren County REMC held its 2020 annual meeting virtually on Oct. 1 at 7 p.m. from the boardroom of its office. The change from an in-person meeting to a virtual meeting was due to the current guidelines in place for dealing with the covid-19 pandemic in a safe and responsible manner.
Information on accessing the virtual meeting, ballots for the election of nominated board members, and information concerning cooperative business were provided to our members in the September 2020 Indiana Connection magazine. A total 428 members returned their completed election ballots in support of our nominated board members — Michael R. Conner, Don E. McKinnis, and Rich l. Potter.
Members returning their ballot received $10 credits on their October bills, and were also entered in a drawing for a chance to win one of five $100 additional credits on their October bills. Congratulation to the $100 credit winners:

The Warren County REMC board of directors, manager, and staff wish to thank our members for their participation and support of our virtual meeting.
