- Minutes from the previous board meeting were approved.
- Financial report given by Stephanie Ziems, director of accounting and finance
- June monthly operating, member services and safety reports were reviewed and approved.
- Set the next board meeting for Tuesday, Aug. 31, at 7:30 p.m. at the REMC headquarters.
