Manage your monthly bills by paying an equalized budget amount each month. Steuben County REMC offers budget billing for members who have been in their homes at least 12 consecutive months. Budget accounts are recalculated during the spring and fall shoulder seasons and the monthly budget amount is adjusted accordingly. Any credit or debit balance at the end of the budget year is recaptured in a true-up month during June billing. 

Members wanting to sign up for budget billing can call Jennifer Patterson at the office at 260-665-3563 prior to June 1. Budget cycles begin with the July billing (due in August) of each year. 

(Member must be current on payment before being added to budget billing. Members must sign and return a budget agreement prior to being added to the program; agreement must be returned by date listed for member to be added to budget billing. Budget accounts must stay current in order to stay on the program.)
