Paulding Putnam Electric wants to recognize and reward community volunteers.

#WhoPowersYou is a nationwide contest that partners with America’s Touchstone Energy® Cooperatives to promote volunteerism.

“We know it’s more than just electricity that powers communities; it’s volunteers,” said PPEC’s CEO George Carter. “This contest is designed to celebrate local heroes. It’s a chance for our co-op members and employees to nominate someone who’s making a difference in our community, and an opportunity to celebrate the power of human connections.”

The best part? Nominees could win up to $5,000.

Here’s how you can help:

1. Encourage friends, family, and colleagues to nominate someone by Nov. 4. (Only Paulding Putnam Electric members and employees are eligible to make nominations.)
2. Nominate someone who deserves to be honored. (Paulding Putnam Electric employees are not eligible to be nominated.)
