Early this year, Carroll White REMC welcomed Graham Tatman and Ethan Luzadder as groundmen to the cooperative family. A groundman’s primary duty is to assist lineworkers with building, maintaining, and repairing the cooperative’s electrical lines. They help the operations department in needed tasks.
Tatman joined the REMC in February. He was born and raised in Fishers, Indiana, near Indianapolis. “I attended Hamilton Southeastern High School for a year and a half, Anderson High School for a year and a half, and ultimately graduated from Frontier High School in 2023,” said Tatman.
“My family consists of my brother, Aaron, sister-in-law, Samantha, and two nieces, Alaine and Alivia,” said Tatman. “I live on the east side of Monticello, just north of the Waste No Energy plant.”
“Before starting with CW REMC, I worked for Lecom Utility, out of Gas City,” stated Tatman. “I am most looking forward to the chance to learn and develop in this career at CW REMC. I’ll be the first person to tell you if I don’t know what I’m doing. I bring a mindset to learn something new on every job, every day.”
“I would like CW REMC members to know that I’m here to help in any way I can,” said Graham.
“It’s not only me, though … everyone here at the REMC is here to help the members.”
As a young man, Tatman said he hasn’t been super involved in the community thus far. “But I recently started helping out with the Monticello Youth Softball League to ensure the girls grow up having fun and loving the sport.”
Tatman enjoys hunting, fishing, and working on projects for his house or truck.
In March, Ethan Luzadder joined the CW REMC team. “I was born and raised in Burnettsville. I live in rural White County, near Idaville,” said Luzadder.
A 2019 Twin Lakes High School graduate, Luzadder worked at a few different construction/concrete companies before joining CW REMC.
“I am willing to work hard and take pride in my work for the members of CW REMC,” said Luzadder. “I look forward to being able to serve the members.”
Luzadder’s hobbies include spending time with friends and family and helping on the family farm.
Carroll White REMC welcomes both Luzadder and Tatman to the co-op family. We know you will work hard for our REMC members!
