Carroll White REMC and IEC board member Gary Gerlach was honored by close friend and IEC Board President Steve McMichael with the first ever IEC Distinguished Director Service Award. McMichael said that Gerlach exemplifies the 3E’s (Engaged, Equipped, and Educated) as well as the Seven Cooperative Principles.
