June was productive and busy at KREMC. The 2024 Annual Meeting was a remarkable success. Thank you to all the members who came out to join us and take part in the democratic process of electing our board of directors. Thank you also to our dedicated employees, board of directors, impressive board candidates, volunteers from Altrusa, and all the helpers who contributed to the execution of the event. It was a wonderful day, and we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.
As we transition into July, a month synonymous with American independence, it’s fitting to reflect on the core principle of autonomy that defines our cooperative. KREMC and the other cooperatives across our nation stand as a testament to the power of collective decision-making. We are proud that every member has a voice in shaping our operations.
We are well into summer now, and there’s much to look forward to in our vibrant community. KREMC will be at the Kosciusko County Fair on July 9 for Kids’ Day. I invite you to swing by the gazebo, grab a lightbulb cup, stay hydrated, and proudly represent our cooperative spirit.
Once again, thank you for participating in the Annual Meeting and consistently showing up for our co-op and Kosciusko County. The KREMC team is inspired by your support. Together, we embody the true spirit of cooperation.
