Touchstone Energy Cooperatives (TSE Services) will soon be offering electric consumers the opportunity to share their thoughts on what makes the “cooperative difference.” Member-consumers may be contacted to share their opinions via online surveys or by a simple telephone conversation.
When member-consumers participate in the survey, they will be sending Clark County REMC direct feedback about how they feel the co-op is doing in the areas of customer service, cooperative value, satisfaction, and reliability along with several other components. Member-consumer insight provides the very foundation Clark County REMC needs to make continuous improvement and ultimately provide better service.
The survey will take 15-20 minutes to complete, and members may be contacted as early as May 3 through June 2, 2021. While survey questions will address customer satisfaction matters, reliability perceptions, and co-op strengths and weaknesses, consumers may also be asked their opinions on renewable energies, electric vehicles, and emerging technologies.
The survey is optional, however Clark County REMC encourages member-consumers to participate. The research professionals performing the survey adhere to strict confidentiality criteria. You will never be asked for your name, address, account number, banking or credit card information or payment of any type.
Anyone with questions or concerns about the survey should contact 812-246-3316 or via email at ccremc@theremc.net.
TSE Services is a cooperatively owned research company that has annually gathered (data or information) from members since 2004. The National Survey on the Cooperative Difference helps Clark County REMC to improve its service to the consumer, using firsthand information provided by those who know it best.
The information shared will help Clark County REMC see where it stands and will show where it stacks up nationally against other utilities and electric co-ops, similar in size and service.
