NEW HIRE AND RETIREMENTS
We are pleased to introduce the most recent member of our team, fiber technician Dustin Rosenbaum, while also wishing three other employees a “happy retirement.” We appreciate the many years of service these individuals have dedicated to the Orange County REMC and Orange County Fiber.
DUSTIN ROSENBAUM
Dustin Rosenbaum started at Orange County REMC on June 3 as a fiber technician. He is a graduate of Paoli Junior/Senior High School. Rosenbaum later obtained his paramedic certification from Vincennes University. He enjoys hunting, fishing, trapping, camping, and metal detecting. He is looking forward to learning new skills that will allow him to continue serving the community.
CARLA BUECHLER
Carla Buechler also retired on July 31. She was the Jasper office manager for Orange County Fiber. She started working for the fiber division and helped open the Jasper fiber office on Jan. 27, 2022.
MARCY BENNETT
Marcy Bennett retired on July 31 from the position of office manager.
Bennett was hired at the REMC on July 28, 1997, and promoted to computer systems operator on June 1, 1998. She was promoted again to office manager on March 1, 2004.
MARK BELCHER
Mark Belcher, member service and marketing manager, has also announced his retirement. He was originally hired at Daviess-Martin County REMC on Oct. 28, 1991.
Later, Belcher starting splitting time between Daviess-Martin County REMC and Orange County REMC in January 2002. He eventually transitioned to full-time at Orange County REMC on Oct. 1, 2015.
