Lisa Hinton has been employed at the co-op for 17 years. She began working at the cooperative on March 6, 2000. She was hired as the telephone receptionist. In 2004, she accepted her current position of administrative assistant and accepted new responsibilities in 2014, adding the role of benefits administrator.

Hinton and her husband, Chuck, reside in Perry County. They have one child and two grandchildren. She and her husband attend Lilly Dale Church of Christ. When not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and camping.
