Employees celebrate service anniversaries

Dan Burke

Dan Burke celebrates 45 years with Dubois REC this month. He is a lineman who started working at the cooperative in 1979.

He and his wife, Bev, have a family that includes four adult stepchildren and eight step-grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his family as well as farming, hunting, and traveling within and outside of the United States. He is an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, Indianapolis Colts, and Indiana Pacers. He is also a member of St. Isidore Catholic Parish in Celestine and the Jasper Rifle and Gun Club.


Jake Wagner

Jake Wagner marks 20 years with Dubois REC on Sept. 20. In his position within the mapping and staking department, he is responsible for making changes to digital map addresses, meeting with members who sign up for new service to determine placement, and coordinating that work with the linemen who build the service.

He and his wife, Amy, have a daughter and a son. Wagner enjoys spending time with his family and is active at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Huntingburg.
