Our Operation Round Up grants were recently issued, and your spare change is doing more great work in our communities! A total of eight grants were issued this quarter.
Rensselaer Central Schools received three grants. Rensselaer Central High School Health Science Program received funds to create a hospital-like experience for primary students. Rensselaer Central Schools received funds to help with field trip expenses. Rensselaer Central Middle School was awarded funds to help with costs related to PBIS field trips.
Faith Lutheran Church was awarded funds to enhance the storage space of the Swaddling Clothes project.
Kankakee Valley High School Culinary Program received a grant to assist in field trip and supply expenses.
Junior Achievement of Lafayette serving Kankakee Valley was awarded funds to purchase kits for two first-grade classrooms at Wheatfield Elementary.
Wheatfield Little League received funds to help purchase additional equipment to outfit their new dugouts.
Lastly, The Connection Center was awarded funds to purchase sporting and workout equipment for their recreational facility.
