During the holidays, we all stop to reflect on all that we’re grateful for, and this year is no exception. Steuben County REMC has been a proud supporter of the Honor Flight Northeast Indiana for several years now, providing keepsake photo albums for each veteran attending the flight. After wrapping up 2017, we are so thankful that we get to be a part of such an inspiring and heartfelt cause.
In 2017, we celebrated nearly 350 veterans from World War II, Korea and Vietnam, all of whom fought and sacrificed for our freedoms. Each of these brave men and women deserve the utmost respect, and we are proud and humbled to be a part of their commemoration.
You can check out all of the photos and albums of each flight by visiting www.hfnei.org and clicking on the “photo links” tab. These albums are provided in cooperation with the nine area REMCs: Steuben County REMC, LaGrange County REMC, Noble REMC, Kosciusko REMC, Northeastern REMC, Paulding-Putnam EC, Jay County REMC, Marshall County REMC and Heartland REMC.
