After living in Orlando, Florida, for 25 years, LaGrange County REMC’s newest customer service representative, Tonya Householder, came home to LaGrange County. Originally from LaGrange, she was the rides and shows supervisor at SeaWorld and spent the last seven years as the aquatic park’s operation call center supervisor.
Householder’s father, Tom, was a lineman at the REMC for 13 years and member services director for 12 years, so she was very familiar with the co-op. She likes that she gets to help members every day. The biggest challenge so far is trying to find the time to master all the things she needs to do. Householder is looking forward to learning all the ins and outs of the cooperative.
In her spare time, she enjoys doing crafts, making wreaths, painting and spending time with her family, especially her niece and nephew. Please join us in welcoming Householder “back” to LaGrange County and to the REMC!
