Harrison REMC is excited to invite both members and the community to the first annual Member and Community Fish Fry. This fundraising event will be held on Sept. 12 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., or until the food is sold, at the REMC warehouse in Corydon and near Limeberry Lumber’s parking lot at Highlander Point in Floyds Knobs.
A fish sandwich, chips, coleslaw, cookie and a drink will be available for $7, with all proceeds benefitting the American Cancer Society and Relay for Life of Floyd and Harrison counties.
People can dine in or carry out at the REMC office at 1165 Old Forest Road in Corydon, but the location at Highlander Point will be carry out only.
Each year, the REMC will pick a non-profit organization to benefit from the funds collected at this event. We look forward to this new tradition and giving back to the communities we serve.
