Henry County REMC proudly announces that Eden Grace Fawver, a talented young artist from Knightstown, is featured in the 2025 Indiana Electric Cooperatives Calendar of Student Art. Each year, this statewide competition invites K-12 students to showcase their creativity, and Fawver’s submission earned an honorable mention for her grade level.
Fawver, a fifth grader at Knightstown Intermediate School, is passionate about art. She enjoys her art class with Mrs. Cynthia Pierson at her school and hones her skills further through private instruction with Barbara Meade. When not working on her art, she also enjoys dance and playing the flute.
The Indiana Electric Cooperatives’ Calendar Art Contest celebrates creativity across all grade levels. Each grade’s first-place winner receives a $200 prize, and their artwork is prominently featured in the calendar. Submissions for the 2026 Cooperative Calendar of Student Art Contest are open now. Entries are due Feb. 28. Visit indianaconnection.org/for-youth/art-contest for more information.
Henry County REMC congratulates Fawver on her achievement and encourages local students to participate in this exciting opportunity to share their talents!
