


District 1
Jeff Vogel is the incumbent director for District 1. He and his wife, Karen, live northwest of Rockport in Ohio Township.
They have a daughter, Lauren; a son-in-law, Adam; a son, Eric; a daughter-in-law, Valerie; and seven grandchildren: Hadleigh, Isabelle, Morgan, Allison, Lance, Olivia, and Ethan. Vogel is a 1978 graduate of Purdue University with a degree in farm and business management.
Vogel, his son, and his brother-in-law farm 3,500 acres in Spencer County. They also operate a retail fertilizer and chemical business and a beef cow herd. Vogel serves on the Spencer County Economic Development Corporation board.
Vogel and his family are members of Peace Lutheran Church in Owensboro, Kentucky, where he serves on the board of stewardship. He has completed the NRECA director certification program and is a Credentialed Cooperative Director. He currently serves as the chairman of the board.
District 2
Chris Burroughs is the incumbent director for District 2. He and his wife, Donna, live near Chrisney in Spencer County. They have four children, three daughters and a son.
Burroughs has an associate’s degree from ITT Technical Institute. He worked for 10 years at Spencer Industries as a project engineering manager while farming part-time. He made the move to full-time farming in 1998 and continues today as owner of Burroughs Farms, Inc.
He and his wife are members of Bloomfield Wesley Church, where he serves on various committees. He also serves on the Advocate Council for Farm Credit Mid-America.
He has completed the NRECA director certification program and is a Credentialed Cooperative Director.
District 7
David Lynch is the incumbent director for District 7. He and his wife, Michelle, live in rural St. Croix. They have five children: Mallory, Dylan, Shayne, Lily, and Rilynn.
He graduated from Vincennes University with a degree in land surveying and is registered as a professional land surveyor in Indiana. Lynch is self-employed at Lynch Surveying and Engineering and is also the elected Perry County Surveyor.
He and his family are active members of Deer Creek Baptist Church in Tell City, where he serves as deacon.
He has completed the NRECA director certification program and is a Credentialed Cooperative Director.
