The Junior Board of Directors program is now in its third year, offering high school juniors a valuable opportunity to network with fellow young leaders and experienced business professionals. From October until May, students will participate in fun activities that will strengthen leadership skills and career development while interacting with the cooperative, local businesses, community leaders, and non-profits. Upon successful completion of the program, students will be awarded a scholarship.
