Daniel Houchin

Daniel Houchin is the new director representing District 1 of the Orange County REMC territory. Houchin filled the seat left vacant by the passing of longtime director Eugene Roberts.

Daniel is a 2007 graduate of West Washington High School. He and his wife, Katie, have been married for five years and have a two-year-old son, Rhett. He is an employee of the Town of Orleans and has lived in Lawrence County since 2012.

Hope Matthew

Hope Matthew was recently hired as a member service representative for Orange County REMC. She graduated from Orleans High School in 2013, and in 2017, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in graphic design with a minor in communication from Indiana University Southeast. She currently resides with her husband, Tyler, and son, Luke, in Salem.
