The annual meeting of the members of Decatur County Rural Electric Membership Corporation will be held in-person at the Decatur County Fairgrounds June 16 from 4-7 p.m. A virtual business meeting at 7:30 p.m. will be held for the express purpose of: 

• Presenting reports of officers, managers and committees 
• Election of three directors 
• Election of four nominating committee members 
• Any other business which may properly come before the meeting 

Each membership registered in person at the event will receive a $10 credit on the next electric bill. 

In accordance with the bylaws, the directors and nominating committee each met and nominated members for the nominating committee and directorship. (See candidate information inside.) This meeting is for you, the member, to exercise your rights and privileges as an owner of the corporation.
