The safety of the co-op employees and the community has always been a top priority.  To do our part to lower the risk of spreading COVID-19, we made the decision on Nov. 4 to close the KV REMC lobby to the public and move to appointment only visits.  If you need to do business in person with a co-op employee, you will need to call ahead and make an appointment.  An appointment must be made in advance of your planned visit.  When visiting for your appointment we will require that you wear a mask and also check your temperature when entering. 

As an essential business, it is important that we take the necessary steps to do our part to maintain a healthy workforce.  Taking the steps to limit the visitors to our office will allow us to continue providing you with the excellent service you expect from us and be sure that we are here to serve you when you need us most.
