Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of the members of Southeastern Indiana REMC will be held virtually on the cooperative’s Facebook and YouTube channels on Tuesday, March 30, at 6 p.m. (EDT). 

This meeting will be held for the purpose of:

• Presentation of officers, manager and committee reports
• Election of three directors
• Any other business which may properly come before the meeting
• Door prizes

The 2021 director election packet was mailed to all members on March 1. Please complete the ballot electronically or by mail. All ballots must be received by March 26. 

All votes received by the voting deadline will count toward a quorum for the meeting. Every voting member will be entered in the prize drawing.
