Be advised as a member-consumer of the KANKAKEE VALLEY REMC, you are hereby notified that the 2022 Member Appreciation Day and Annual Business Meeting of that organization is now scheduled for the 16th of June, 2022, at the Porter County Expo Center, 215 E. Division Road, Valparaiso, IN 46383. Doors will open at 4:30 CDT, with the business meeting taking place at 7:30 p.m.

The purpose of the business meeting shall be action on the minutes of the 2021 annual meeting as prepared, presentation of audits and reports for the previous fiscal year and transacting such other business as may come before the member-consumers. In accordance with the bylaw, this notice is being sent to you not less than ten (10) days or more than sixty (60) days prior to the meeting. IC 8-1 13-8.
