The annual meeting of the members of Decatur County Rural Electric Membership Corporation will be held at the Decatur County REMC Office on June 11, 3 – 6 p.m.
A virtual business meeting at 6:30 p.m. will be held for the express purpose of:
- Presenting reports of officers, managers and committees
- Election of three directors
- Election of four nominating committee members
- Any other business which may properly come before the meeting
Each membership registered in person will receive a $10 credit on his or her next electric bill.
In accordance with the bylaws, the nominating committee met and nominated members for directorship and nominating committee. (See candidate bios inside.)
This meeting is for you, the member, to exercise your rights and privileges as an owner of the corporation.
