To help members deal with the hardship of COVID-19, BCREMC is temporarily suspending service disconnects and late fees on member accounts until April 20.
We encourage you to make your payment using one of the following methods:
1) Place payment in the drop box located at our office in the circle drive. Also, a drop box is available at Horizon Bank on 2nd St., next to McDonald’s, in the far right lane of the bank drive through.
2) Visit our website at BCREMC.com and click on the My Account link or use the Pay Now link without having to login: https://bcremc.smarthub.coop/PayNow.html
3) Use our SmartHub app on your phone or tablet.
4) Call 24/7, 844-344-4369 to use our automated pay by phone system.
5) Call Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., 812-372-2546, to speak to a customer service representative.
