On Nov. 1, Carroll White REMC’s automated payment system phone number will change to 855-940-3829. 

Through this phone number, members can pay by phone, report outages, check an outage status, and receive and send text messages. Any automated phone calls from the REMC will also be generated from this number. The change will help enhance security features.
