Indiana has a new way to let someone know they are not welcome on your property… the Purple Paint law! This new law went into effect July 1, and it allows landowners to mark no-trespassing areas of their property with purple paint instead of no-trespassing signs. Homeowners and landowners can paint the perimeter of the area that they do not want anyone trespassing.
