Josh Ford was hired Aug. 6, 2012, as an apprentice lineman. He graduated from the HEATS program to become a journeyman lineman on Nov. 4, 2016.

Josh and his wife, Vanessa, live in Tell City. They have two children — a daughter, Reese, and a son, Brody.

When he isn’t working, Josh enjoys coaching youth sports and spending time with family and friends.
