Bacon-wrapped Chicken Bites
1 lb. thick sliced bacon
4 chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
2⁄3 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp chili powder
1⁄3 cup Franks hot sauce or to taste
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix together the brown sugar, chili powder, and hot sauce. Marinate the chicken in the sauce while cutting the bacon strips in half to fit the chicken pieces. Wrap the bacon around the chicken. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the bacon is crisp.
