Baked German Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise-style salad dressing
- 1 lb. pasteurized processed cheese, melted
- ½ t. salt
- ¼ t. pepper
- 8 medium red potatoes, unpeeled, thinly sliced and cooked
- ½ cup chopped green onion
- ¼ cup sliced green olives
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- ½ lb. cooked bacon
Directions
Mix salad dressing, melted cheese, salt and pepper. Fold in sliced potatoes, chopped onion, olives and half of bacon. Place all in a greased 8×12-inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining bacon on top. Bake at 325 F for 1 hour.
