Chocolate Brownie Cake
1 (15.25 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
1 (18.3 oz.) box fudge brownie mix
4 large eggs
1¼ cups water
1 cup vegetable oil
Ganache:
1 cup heavy cream
1 (12 oz) bag semi -sweet chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350 F. Prepare bundt pan with cooking spray. Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl and whisk for 2 minutes or until large lumps are mostly gone.
Pour batter into bundt pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, turn out cake and cool 30 minutes.
To make ganache, place heavy cream in large microwave safe bowl and heat for about 2 minutes. You want cream to just come to boil. Carefully pour chocolate morsels into cream. It may rise and bubble and this is OK. Let sit for 5 minutes. Whisk the chocolate and cream until shiny and smooth, about 1 minute. Pour over cake.
