Daring Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (15-oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 1 t. sea salt
  • ½ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ t. ground cumin
  • 1 t. powdered garlic
  • 1 dash hot sauce, optional

Directions

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Store in refrigerator up to 24 hours before serving. Serve with raw vegetables.
